Awana Clubs

Awana is a global, nonprofit ministry with fully integrated evangelism and long-­term discipleship programs for ages 2 to 18 that actively involves parents and church leaders. Each week, more than 2 million children and youth, 330,000 volunteers and 260 field staff take part in Awana in 30,000 churches around the world. Offered through local churches, Awana reaches kids where they’re at and walks alongside them in their faith journey. Sundays from 5 pm to 7 pm (Sept - May)

Bethel Churches United - Food Pantry

The BCU Food Pantry (937 845-1008), located at 226 S. Pike Street next to the First United Methodist Church, is open Weds from 4:00 to 5:30 pm and Fri from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. All work there is managed and performed by a 100% volunteer staff, hence all donations are expended entirely to help those in need. 

Major projects include the annual CROP Walk; Christmas Basket Assistance Program; Kairos Prison Ministry; Boy Scout Food Drive; Postal Workers Food Drive; and Powder Puff Football Game. The FBCNC Choir is made up of people who just want to praise God through song. You do not need a music degree to sing in the choir. Come out and have fun! The Choir meets Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm in the sanctuary.

Wee Care Child Care Center

First Baptist Church of New Carlisle owns and operates the Wee Care Child Care Center. Our services are available to parents and the community to promote and encourage the family unit. We first opened Wee Care's doors to the community in January of 1995, and have served hundreds of families since that time. Wee Care was established to provide warm, personal, and qualified care for children six weeks of age through the fifth grade. We are fully licensed by the State of Ohio. We recognize the importance of balanced growth, and our staff will provide the opportunities for social, mental, physical, and spiritual development of the children in their care. Wee Care Child Care Center provide programs for Infants & Toddlers, Preschool Classses, Kindergarten Enrichment, Latch Key Before & After School, and "Team Kid" Summer Camp for K-5th Grade.
