POP into 2025

JANUARY 5TH AT 5PM
After a few weeks of holiday schedules and no evening activities, we are starting the new year by trying a new event: “POP into 2025.” On Sunday evening, January 5th, bring your favorite 2-Liter of Pop and come to the church gym at 5PM for an evening of fellowship, short games, and get-to-know-you activities. The church will be providing popcorn. Hope you can pop on over.

Lottie Moon Christmas Offering

DECEMBER MISSIONS FOCUS
Every December, we participate in missions through the Lottie Moon offering. In the 1800s, a missionary named Lottie Moon wrote letters from China urging American churches to fund more overseas workers. After Lottie’s death on the mission field, an offering was started in her name. 100% of the money collected goes to the International Mission Board’s (IMB) effort to make disciples in every nation.

Opportunities to Support Youth

STUDENT FOCUS
Our youth group will be attending Christian Youth Night 2025 in January for a great time of worship, preaching, and all night fun at Scene75. The event begins at Crestview Baptist and costs $30 per teen. If you would like to sponsor a teen or just contribute, see Pastor Jeff. Also, camp deposits (June 4-8) will be due in February: another opportunity to help teens.

There are no evening activities this Wednesday because of the New Year’s holiday. Things will start to get back to normal the following week, so check out the dates for each of the usual events.
