Lottie Moon Christmas Offering

OUTREACH FOCUS FOR DECEMBER
In the 1800s, a missionary named Lottie Moon wrote letters from China urging American churches to fund more overseas workers. After Lottie’s death on the mission field, an offering was started in her name. 100% of the money collected goes to the International Mission Board’s (IMB) effort to make disciples in every nation. Every December, we participate in missions through the Lottie Moon offering.

If you want to know more…

ABOUT THE GOOD NEWS
If you want to know more about Jesus and what his life, death, and resurrection have to do with you, please feel free to stay after the service and speak with Pastor Curt; he‘d love to talk with you. Or you can use the connection card located in the back of the pew to let him know you’d like to talk. Let us know the best way to contact you, and he’ll arrange a time to meet. You can also request more information about Jesus or our church by filling out a connection card online at fbcnc.churchtrac.com.

Questions?

ABOUT BAPTISM OR MEMBERSHIP
If you believe that Jesus is your Savior and Lord but you’ve never publicly confessed your faith and joined a church through baptism, please consider taking this initial step that Jesus wants for all his followers. You can speak with Pastor Curt after the morning service. Please also let us know if you’ve already been baptized and are interested in becoming a member of our church.

Hearing Assistance

PLEASE LET US KNOW
We have personal headphones to help you hear more clearly during the service. If you need to use them regularly, a pair of headphones can be assigned to you. Please see Stan Mahurin if interested.
