JOY Senior Outing

THIS TUESDAY AT 9:15AM

Hey, “Just Older Youth” Seniors! Meet us here at the church this Tuesday at 9:15 AM as we head out to the Huber Heights Cinema to see the 10 AM showing of The Breadwinner. After the movie we will head over to Debbie’s Restaurant on Valley Street to have lunch at this classic diner spot. We have such a good time of fellowship on these day trips. Come join us!

Church Picnic

JULY 5TH AFTER MORNING WORSHIP

We had such a good time at last year’s picnic at Troy City Park, that we are doing it again this year! The date will be July 5th after the morning service. Start checking your calendars and thinking about what picnic sides and desserts you want to bring. Sign up sheets will be posted soon for food planning purposes. Also, if you want to help with picnic logistics, stay after church on June 14th for a planning meeting in room 201.

Summer at FBCNC

MINISTRY FOCUS

Summer provides an opportunity to reset and refocus as we pause some of our weekly and monthly ministry opportunities, while continuing others. We hope these months provide you not only with increased chances for rest but also with new chances to connect with people in our church family, whether through Sunday School classes, serving at VBS, attending the church picnic, or other informal gatherings with people in our church family. We also hope you take the opportunity over these months to pray about how you want to serve in the coming school year. If you have feedback about the existing ministries at FBCNC or ministries that you would like to see started, please talk to Pastor Curt soon.

SBC Annual Meeting

DENOMINATIONAL FOCUS

The annual meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention is being held in Orlando, Florida on June 9th and 10th. Pray for unity and wisdom for messengers and for Pastor Curt and his family as they travel to the convention.
